Webhooks allow your systems to react in real time to events from your digital visitor log. They complement our APIs by triggering actions instantly.

Each time a visitor checks in, checks out, or an evacuation alert is triggered, you can capture this data in a structured format and automate actions in your tools (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.).

Available events:

visitor.checked_in → A visitor has just checked in.
visitor.checked_out → A visitor has checked out.
emergency.triggered (coming soon) → An evacuation alert has been triggered.
