Anghello keeps evolving to better meet your on-site needs.
This month, we’re introducing several key updates focused on check-out customization, user experience, internationalization… and more!

1. Custom fields at visitor check-out

Until now, custom fields were only available during check-in.
You can now configure a dedicated form to be displayed when the visitor checks out.

👉 What’s it for?

This opens up a range of new use cases, such as:

  • ✅ Collecting emails for a newsletter
  • ✅ Requesting a work report
  • ✅ Gathering real-time feedback or comments…

A simple and useful way to align your visitor flow with quality, safety, or marketing efforts.

📌 Available under Sites > Forms in your portal settings.

2. NPS & visitor satisfaction feedback

Your visitors now get a voice.
First impressions matter — and your check-in process reflects your company image. To help you improve continuously, Anghello now allows you to collect visitor feedback at check-out.

After visitors check out (via QR code), they’re shown a short, optional satisfaction survey on their smartphone: overall satisfaction rating, free-text comments, and feedback on the Anghello experience.

Responses are optional and available in each visit’s detail view.

3. Dutch (Belgium 🇧🇪) language support

Welkom! The visitor app now supports Dutch (Belgium).

All forms, fields, and safety instructions can now be fully translated into Dutch.

  • ✅ Ideal for cross-border sites or industrial groups active in Wallonia and Flanders
  • ✅ Improves visitor experience for Dutch-speaking users
  • ✅ Automatically adapts based on the visitor’s smartphone language

4. Stronger password policy 🔐

Securing your data and accounts remains a top priority.

We’ve reinforced the password policy for Anghello portal users:
Passwords must now be at least 10 characters long, include upper and lowercase letters and numbers, and avoid overly common phrases.

These rules apply to all new accounts and password resets.

💡 If you use Microsoft login (SSO), your internal policies still apply.
